Bev Shannon has created this wonderful villa on the outskirts of town. Outside the yard you're met by not only a stunning view of Mt. Shasta but mature rhododendrons, hostas, deciduous azaleas and so much more. Enter through the gate and you are greeted with more hostas, and rhododendrons but also a collection of peonies that will make any peony lover envious.  Raised beds are home to vegetables and flowers. The seating areas seem to invite you to sit, relax and have a glass of wine with friends
